Prepare for the Application Process and Shooting Portion of your San Bernardino County CCW Application
The Apple Valley Gun Club offers a CCW preparation course that includes live fire on the first Tuesday of each month. This class is to help you prepare for both the application process and the shooting portion of your San Bernardino county CCW qualification.
On the range you will shoot the same style target, B-27, that you will shoot for your San Bernardino County Range Qualification. The class includes both classroom and range time. There will be discussion on the fundamentals of shooting, as well as the legal responsibilities of concealed carry.

Please note that this class does NOT count towards your 16 hour initial training course requirement or your 8 hour renewal training course requirement. No this course does not satisfy the requirements for CCW applications. This course is designed to guide you through the application process and the live fire portion so you are prepared for the actual process.

Is it open to non-members?
Yes this and all of the courses and matches offered at Apple Valley Gun Club are open to the public. You do not need to be a member to participate.
All AVGC firearms training classes and matches are open to the public.
The gate will be unlocked and open when you arrive and will be locked shortly after the event or class starts. Please arrive on time or early.
